The Italian Equestrian Federation states that self-certification forms are prepared by Level 1 Instructors / Technicians in accordance with the provisions of the Interim Rules for Renewal of Members 2022.
This rule, (read the full message here) was approved by the Federal Council on December 30th, and in the absence of 2nd level – we allow 1st level technical figures to grant entitlement for 2022. The same instructors or first-level technicians must systematically dedicate themselves and become self-certified, highly qualified by 2022, affiliated with the company and competitively qualified.
