IBPS SO Exam Method:

The exam will have 150 objective type questions in three sections:

• English (50 marks out of 25 marks)
• Rational (50 queues out of 50 marks)
• Scale for the posts of Legal Officer and Rajpasha Officer / Information Technology Officer, Human Resources / Personnel Officer, Agricultural Field Officer and Marketing Officer (50 marks out of 50 marks)

Candidates will be given 40 minutes to complete the examination. For each question, 0.25 marks will be deducted. If a question is blank, i.e. no answer is indicated by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

Candidates listed in the Prelims Exam will be invited to the IPBS SO Mains Exam 2020, which is scheduled for January 24, 2021.
