Fortunately, Twitter is developing new ways to allow users to upload high quality – even 4K – pictures and videos on Twitter on both Android and iOS. We’ll show you where these settings are in the Twitter app so you can start sharing the photos you want once and for all!
How To Download High Quality 4K Images From Twitter For Android
The first improvement you will notice immediately is that when you tweet an image, the results – or those posted chronologically – depend on what you see in the tweet composer. No sliced photo surprises!
Second, you can now download and view 4K images from your Android (or iOS) device. Here’s how!
Open yours Application Twitter. Press Settings menu icon (Three lines) in the upper left corner of the screen. Press Settings and privacy.
Press Data usage.

Repeat for Video.

Now you can be sure that the pictures and videos you download and watch on the Twitter app are the best wherever you are.
It should be noted that these features are still in use and may not be available to all users yet. If you do not find them in your app settings, be patient and check the Google Play Store frequently for updates.
