How to Delete Your TikTok Account? (Training)

Have you decided to delete your Dictoc account and do not know how to do it? Here is a step-by-step guide to make it easier for you.

Delete your account through Tiktok Processor

Deleting your account from the app takes a few steps:

• Go to your profile and open Settings in the upper right corner of your screen.
• When it comes to this screen, select “Manage Account” and then “Delete Account”.

• Apps will ask you why you decide to leave Tic Tac Toe. It will also provide alternative ways and suggestions for you to stay. If your decision is made, answer the question or ignore it with the button in the upper right corner of your screen.

• The next screen will provide you with a way to track your account and save your data before deleting your account.
• You can check the delete request at the bottom of your screen and press Continue.

• The application will notify you that you need 30 days to log in again and will decide whether to delete your account. After this screen, TicTac will ask you for authentication to verify that this account is yours, and then give you the “Delete Your Account” button.
• After this last verification, you will return to the Tiktok login page and your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

Delete your account from the TicTac website

If you do not have access to the application, deleting your account can be done through the web version of Tiktok.

• You must first log in to your account via the website.
• Next, hover over your profile picture and select the Settings tab
• Click the “Delete” button below the “Account” section and follow the instructions

Back up your Dictoc data

If you want to track your data on the social network, it is possible to download it.
This process can take several days to process your data, so be sure to do so before deleting your account.

• Open the “Privacy” menu and select “Download your data”.

Then you have two options:

• Download the file .txt Readable by any human being.
• Download the file .json (Javascript Object Notation) Machine readable.

The created file will contain your profile information, information about your videos and comments, and your detailed settings. Be careful though, Your videos are not in this data.

To do this, you must manually download each of your videos.

• Open the video you like
• Open the “…” menu and select “Save Video”.

Recover your Dictoc account

As mentioned earlier, this option is only available within 30 days of the request to delete your account from Dictoc.
After this period, your account will be permanently deleted and you will not be able to recover it.
