The new Duden Korrektor CC 17 for Adobe InDesign and InCopy 2022 can now be downloaded and tested from the official EPC website. In the new version, EPC has updated Duden spelling and grammar verification. The Duden Character Edit window adapts to the new scaling functionality in InDesign 2022 without any problems and is easy to read even with high screen resolution. As with version 16.1, the new Duden Character supports the newer M1 processors on the Mac. With these technical adjustments, the new version also offers something new: extended gait validation to add a new category Rude and discriminatory words Expanded. In texts that use colloquial language, a line can be drawn between the hurtful formulas. Added two new options to exclude text from editing: Ignore text on mounting surfaces And Ignore notes. It fully complements Duden single word verification and hypnosis from EPC integrated into InDesign and InCopy 2022. It also works well with Duden Correction Server and its plug-ins, for example WoodWing Content Station. Duden Korrektor 17 can be downloaded from www.epc.de and tested for free for 30 days. The single license is priced at € 114.00 and is available directly from EPC. The direct upgrade from version 16 costs € 22.80 and the upgrade from version 15 to version 17 costs € 45.60 (prices and VAT).
