Green Pass can be downloaded online, through a dedicated website, and through Immunization and IoT applications.
This is foreshadowed by the DBCM draft on green certification, in Article 12 paragraph 1, which states:
Covit-19 Green Certificates are produced in accordance with the provisions of Section 8 and are available to interested parties, in accordance with Section 2 of Law Order No. 42. May 31, 2021 at 77, with the following digital tools, by the methods defined in Appendix E:
A) a dedicated website with access to digital identity and multi-factor authentication;
b) electronic health registration;
c) immune use;
d) Application IO;
e) TS system, by accredited health professionals
Certificate with QR code certifies one of the following conditions:
– Vaccinate against coccidiosis (with one or two doses);
– Cure the virus;
– We tested the negative with antigenic or molecular cloth carried out in the previous 48 hours.
This way you can travel to EU countries without being isolated and wiped out.
For certificates already issued by states or territories, they are expected to have a 6-week period to comply with the EU model (member states have asked for several months, and Parliament has offered to reduce this period).
