Google releases Chrome 91.0.4472.124 for desktop with bug fixes

This evening Google announced the availability of the standard version 91.0.4472.124 for Windows, MacOS and Linux on the official Google Chrome blog. The update only includes bug fixes and stability improvements to make Google Chrome more reliable and secure, so no new features are expected. With the last update, Google closed the security holes CVE-2021-30554, CVE-2021-30555, CVE-2021-30556 and CVE-2021-30557. More information about this update can be found below or at Google.

The update to version 91.0.4472.114 is available for download via the integrated update function and via the official website. Users who have installed an older version of Google Chrome will receive an update automatically, as it is now provided via the update function. If you do not want to wait too long, you can trigger the update manually: Open Chrome and click on the three-dot menu in the top right. Click Restart to run it.
