On Wednesday night, the Google Chrome blog announced the availability of Google Chrome standard version 92 for Windows, MacOS and Linux. The update includes many new features, fixes and stability improvements that will be delivered automatically over the next few days and weeks. There are also bug fixes and security improvements: With this update, Google has closed 35 security holes in older versions of Chrome. The update for version 92.0.4515.107 is available via the integrated update function and also available for download from the official website. Users who have installed an older version of Google Chrome will receive an update automatically, as it is now provided via the update function. If you do not want to wait long, you can start the update manually: Open Chrome, click the three – point menu in the top right corner -> Help, and then about Google Chrome -> Chrome searches for updates in this dialog box -> Update If available, click Restart to do so.
