Fallen tells the story of Rowana, a Legion Reverend who unites without hesitation to overthrow Lucian, a charismatic politician and a mad tyrant.
The world is shrouded in myasma. A flying castle is the last refuge of mankind. Welkin’s castle is cut off from this danger when the world is inhabited by animals mutated by plague. Lucian, a charismatic politician who lives behind thick walls, finds an ancient book and secrets containing old weapons in it that can be transformed into sentient soldiers. Somewhat reluctantly, Lucian allies with Revenant Rowana, who is looking for a way back to life to take care of his living son. They both make a deal to overthrow the mad tyrant who controls Welkin.
