Games for Windows Live are excluded
With the latest version 1.7.0.4 you can now start the game without installing games for Windows Live. Since this service was turned off in 2014, the roll-flaming game can now be played again without any solutions. Fallout 3 is the last of the big “GfWL” titles to expand customers. Most recently, Rockstar removed the monument from GTA IV because it could no longer generate further activation keys after it was discontinued.
Paradoxically, Microsoft acquired Bethesda to remove a Microsoft service from the game. However, this step does not seem completely unreasonable.
