According to his latest financial statement, Nintendo He still doesn’t know when he can start Metro Prime4. I mean, of course there will be some planning in this regard, but it is not ready to contact it yet. In fact, the text speaks for itself Release date Other games like Bayonetta 3, Splatoon 3 and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 are listed as coming in 2022, while Metroid Prime 4 will be TBA (to be announced).

Basically, it’s better not to expect Metroid Prime 4 for 2022. We will talk about it again in 2023 or 2024 (depending on how growth is happening). After all, the best Madras Tread came out this year, so the hunger of the owner’s fans must have subsided for at least a while. From a certain perspective it would be negative to introduce another Metro next year.

Metroid Prime 4 was announced at E3 2017 with a small teaser trailer showing only the animated logo. The development was in the hands of Bandai Namco at the time, but something must have gone wrong because on January 25, 2019 Nintendo announced that the game had just started and was handed over to a new team: Retro Studios. Since then, nothing has been heard about Metroid Prime 4, which remains a mystery.
