“Creature in the well”: My monster lurks in the depths of the tunnel.
Creature in the well: what is it?
The hack-n-slash genre was not exciting enough for the creators of “Creature in the Well” – so Indie Developer Flight School Studio added backstory elements to its colorful action game. From an isometric perspective you are fighting your way into a minimalist world, increasing the high score and solving environmental puzzles with original dynamics. There is also a story: in the role of an unnamed robot engineer, you design a mine where people seek refuge in a storm-ravaged city.
Puzzles and pieces
Unfortunately, there is a dark creature lurking in the depths that has largely installed traps in the vast tunnel. Do not tame them with classic tools, but with a technique reminiscent of a pinball game – a kind of “breakout”. When a button is pressed, you throw bullets around and steer in the direction of the traps. Every time you flip the switches with well-aimed shots, this way you can solve shallow puzzles. Among other things, you collect the best extra items that will strengthen your weapons. You also need more power because after a short game time the first boss opponent is already in front of your nose – your ball can hit him with a splitter ax. The graphics are simple, but the combination of dungeon action and pinball is so much fun – download it!
