Armenia Fieldfield’s Bundesliga home game against Werder Bremen on Sunday evening has been canceled. The German Football League (DFL) has announced that the game will not be played regularly.
This decision was made in agreement with the referee due to “severe and continuous snowfall in relation to frost”.
A new date for the meeting must now be found. The DFL said it should be notified immediately.
According to Armenia’s media director Daniel Mucha, the club tried everything before playing on the pitch. Staff must clear the snowy lawn. SC Baderborn’s home game 1. at FC Haydenheim 2.
Peelfeld is currently 16th, four points ahead of the first direct exit. Even with a draw, Armenia would have been in the 15th table. Hertha preceded B.Sc. Bremen is five points higher in midfield under the table.
