From October 15, the Covit-19 Green Certificate will be mandatory in all workplaces. Through this DBCM, which was signed on Tuesday the 12th, Prime Minister Mario Draghi sets out guidelines for public administrations, with the aim of resolving the knots and doubts that have existed so far. The questionable guidelines were prepared by Ministers of Public Administration and Health Renato Brunetta and Roberto Speranza. The number of workers without a green pass is currently about 3.5 million: if they were always at work, they would have to do three sweeps a week. Verification of the validity of the certificate can be done manually or automatically, but Qr cannot be kept by employers in any way. Those without a green pass will be at home without an unfair appearance and without pay.
