Digital Trustee – secure, fast and reliable

Thanks to the ISO 27001 certification and related internal processes, the highest security is guaranteed on the new portal. Data is backed up by OBT, and the hosting OBT runs through the Swiss cloud, meaning all data is stored in Switzerland. Security is also a top priority when logging in, which is why it is done using two-factor authentication (password and SMS passcode).

Documents to be shared are stored in group rooms and new documents are immediately identified. These can be viewed and edited with a single click and can be dragged, uploaded or downloaded. For a better overview, they can also be managed in subfolders and record direct reports to the relevant consultant quickly and easily.

The various processing processes – so-called workflows – can be easily defined so that everyone in the team room knows their tasks and will not forget anything. For example, payrolls and payroll accounts can be prepared and linked directly to the abacus. The client and the consultant take turns assigning tasks until the respective process is completed.
