In order to allow everyone access to digital digital, Wilfrance’s CCAS offers 4 free digital workshops in conjunction with Orange. These workshops are designed for everyone, and are aimed at those who think they need to agree on the discovery of digital technology, especially the senior audience. Its purpose is to ensure that everyone has autonomy, peace and ease of use. These workshops, open to all, will be held at the Youth Center and will focus on:

Get started with your smartphone

Through this workshop on Friday, April 8 from 10:30 am to 11:45 am, find out how to best use yours and take advantage of all the features offered. One hour, with the help of facilitators, learn how to write SMS, take photos, download and use apps, and maintain a high-performance phone.

Protect your personal data

From 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm on April 8, in this workshop, facilitators will teach you how to create a strong password, communicate only essential data, and understand the types of online scams you may encounter. Protect Yourself From It …

Discover social networks

Discover these platforms and immerse yourself in the worlds and exclusions of each of them on Tuesday, April 12 from 10:30 am to 11:45 pm. Facilitators will guide you through your first steps on these networks.

Stay tuned to WhatsAppTM

April 12 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm You will learn how to share content (photos, videos) in groups, send and receive messages, and make video calls with facilitators. Thanks to the WhatsAppTM app, there will be no secrets for you soon!
