E3 Announced in 2015 Backward fit Xbox 360 and Original Xbox Games The Xbox One was a milestone for Microsoft and its broader gaming community. The Redmond Company successfully accepted this challenge.

Many years of work to keep some topics compliant

For some years now, the backward compatibility of the Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S has become a central argument for Microsoft’s Xbox ecosystem.

In response to some fans on Twitter, Xbox developer Jason Ronald clarified some of the processes required for games to lag behind compatibility, especially some recent additions that “worked for many years”.
