DAZN Group, the world’s leading sports streaming company, has announced the launch of its innovation hub DAZN X.
DAZN X was born out of the DAZN Group’s acquisition of Texel, an innovative video streaming company based in Tel Aviv, Israel. DAZN X will act as a global business arm in all major DAZN markets. The entire Texel team of 50 talented innovators joins DAZN X to work with DAZN’s technology and production teams, thereby ensuring the core support of its proprietary technology, incomparable experience and new capabilities.
Acquisition of Texel will allow DAZN to offer fans a more complete experience: DAZN X will focus on enhancing interactive and compelling content as an integral part of DAZN’s sports streaming service.
DAZN subscribers can chat, share, shop and play with their friends while watching live premium game content.
