According to the municipal report, Cyclomania will again take place in Surrey from September 1 to 30, 2021. By signing up for the National Velo Challenge, Sur wants to encourage people to ride more bicycles in everyday life. Registration takes place through the application.

This also applies to Zurich: the bike is the best means of transportation in the city. On the way to work, to school, to training or to a meeting after work – you are stuck on two wheels, mobile and can reach your goal quickly.

The Cyclomania campaign encourages people to sit on bikes in large numbers as a sport.

Download the app, ride and win prizes

The campaign will run from September 1 to September 30, 2021. Interested parties can register for the challenge through the App at any time during this month. It’s very simple: download the app, take part in the challenge and start cycling.

Once tracking is enabled, your own movement behavior will be automatically recorded in the background. Points are awarded by bike or cattle for all distances over 500 meters. All paths that start or end at Suril are eligible.

Two nights for two people at Hotel Uglyva in Waltensburg, you collect prizes at points until you qualify for the raffle for the main prize.

The city of Sur – under the leadership of Civil Engineering Services – has teamed up with the Velostat Sur project team to ensure that more people find themselves cycling and switch to healthier and more environmentally friendly modes of transportation. That’s what it means: Start pumping and treading tires.
