    It is finally official.

Through Blupoint Games, Sony has acquired another developer studio for PlayStation-exclusive titles. No one should be surprised, because the studio has been working exclusively for Sony for many years Housemark Last June, a graphic was temporarily displayed on the PlayStation Japan Twitter account revealing the acquisition of BluePoint.

In the officer PlayStation-Blog As head of BluePoint, Maro Trush writes:

We are so excited to be part of the PlayStation Studios family now officially!

Austin, Texas, has been the headquarters of BluePoint since our studio was founded in 2006. We are now a team of almost 70 highly talented creative minds and we continue to grow. The studio has grown significantly over the last 15 years, but our cultural beliefs remain the same: we like to push boundaries or break them, while at the same time creating as high quality games as possible and, above all, making it fun. Focusing on our corporate culture is key to our success and we are pleased to share our beliefs and visions with PlayStation Studios.

The PlayStation offers really popular games, and there is nothing like bringing us the best masterpieces in gaming for new athletes. Becoming a part of the PlayStation Studio inspires our team to further improve quality and provide more interesting experiences to the PlayStation community. Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. We can not wait to bring you more exciting games in the next episode for Bluepoint Games!
