AVM FRITZ! OS 7.28 is released for FRITZ! Error 7590 AX with error corrections

FRITZ! Box manufacturer AVM has released a maintenance update for FRITZ! OS 7.28 for the new FRITZ! Box 7590 AX tonight with bug fixes. Update to FRITZ! OS 7.28 only includes bug fixes and enhancements on DSL, WLAN, USB and System, which can be found below. Among other things, the bug that prevented network drive connection from occurring with MacOS Big Sur 11.3 has been fixed. There are three simple ways to install the update for FRITZ! Box 7590 AX: Installation via automatic update function, mesh overview or user interface. FRITZ is the easiest way to start an update! The mesh of the box is in perspective. AVM recommends that all users check FRITZ! Repeaters, Powerline or FRITZ! Box’s Mesh Overview to see if there are any updates for other products like Fon. These updates will be displayed on FRITZ! DSL ->

• Improvement: Improved tax efficiency calculation.
• Improvement: With supervectoring (VDSL2 profile 35b), the transmission directionality has been improved with some remote stations.

WLAN ->

• Fixed: WLAN will reboot after changing SSID while DFS is waiting.
• Fixed: Target Awakening Time (TWT) for energy saving option.
• Improvement: Increased stability.

USB ->

• Fixed: A Network Driver Connection (SMB) could not be installed with MacOS Big Version 11.3.

• Improvement: Increased stability.
