Apple Watch celebrated its fifth anniversary in April, and two new watches were added to the lineup in September, including the Watch Series 6 and the Watch S.E. Like many manufacturers, Apple has taken a turn in the healthcare sector, connecting with locally developed applications to ensure a certain level of performance.
Rediscover your own Apple Watch apps
If the Apple Watch was initially thought of as the kind of iPhone we wear on our wrists, now it is moving towards a more specialized design with more useful native apps than others that you can download. . Companies like Amazon, eBay and TripAdvisor have also dropped support for Apple Watch applications because it is important to keep track of activity, sleep, body constants and explicit announcements.
When the Apple Watch was launched in 2015, 3,000 apps were available for download. Today there are more than 20,000, 21 of whom are directly integrated. Here are some native apps you may not have used yet, but they can be very useful:
Noise usage
If you have an Apple Watch Series 4 or later, you can use the noise app to measure the ambient sound in your environment. If the decibel level has increased to the extent that it affects your hearing, the application can notify you by sending a vibration or notification.
Cycle tracking on the Apple Watch
Women can use the Cycle Tracker app to record details of their menstrual cycle, including information about symptoms such as headaches or seizures. Using this data, the application can notify you when to anticipate your next period or period of ovulation.
Breathe application
Breathe helps you remember to take a few minutes each day to do this: Breathe. You can enable or disable reminders or open the app when you need help resting. For 1 to 5 minutes, you will find animation that encourages you to inhale and exhale at the same time of use. You can also check your heart rate during these breathing sessions.
Remote control application of Apple TV
If you have an Apple TV, you can use your watch as a remote control as long as both devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
Remote control application for the camera
The watch does not have a camera, but the app can act as a remote control to control the iPhone’s camera. You can use it to take selfies or take group photos.
Transformer L’Apple Watch is my talkie-walkie
The walkie-talkie app allows you to use your watch as a radio to chat with someone who uses the Apple Watch. Press a button to talk and release it to hear the answer. Both participants must be connected to an iPhone, WiFi or mobile phone via a Bluetooth connection. You must also accept an invitation to confirm the conversation between two people.
Voice notes
Like the iPhone, you can record personal notes and things to remember while traveling using the Voice Notes app on your Apple Watch. The voice memos you save on the watch will automatically sync with any other iOS device you signed in with the same Apple ID.
An ECG record
If you have an Apple Watch Series 4 or later, you have an electronic heart rate sensor that allows you to do EKG with the use of ECG (sometimes called ECG by cardiologists). You will need an iPhone 6S or newer to use the app.
