If you are a little more patient, start the respective download even better in the evening or at night. Will be less common on Apple servers worldwide.
If you’re completely relaxed, wait until the middle of the week and take feedback from the first uploader – then you can “take it”.
The most important thing: make a backup beforehand
Remember: Do not go with your iOS 14 version iOS 15. Make a backup in advance. If problems occur, you can restart the backup on your device. Applies not only to iOS, but also to watchOS.
