Although our services and products are generally for personal use only, we understand that there may be situations in which businesses and organizations want to use or specify the game associated with their business. So, we would like to share a few guidelines with those businesses, companies and anyone who represents them, as millions of people enjoy this game for entertainment.
If you find that your activity does not follow these guidelines or have a detrimental or ill-effects on the community, we may ask you to stop using such activity or our content and take appropriate action, including restricting your future business use.
Businesses and companies can use the game in the following ways.
-Provide your custom design and / or dream address to other players.
Invites other players to your island.
Uploading screen shots and / or game footage to family friendly websites and social networking services.
However, note the following points when you engage in these activities.
Be aware of sports rating and do not engage in activities that go beyond rating.
Please refrain from using the game inappropriately or treating any content in the game as malicious, discriminatory or offensive. Please also avoid bringing the game into politics.
-Do not share misleading information about the game with anyone, and do not deceive others while using the game (e.g. falsely implying that you are individually licensed or authorized by Nintendo).
Do not alienate the game as a marketing platform that guides people to activities or campaigns outside of the game (leading people to a sales page, distributing coupons, sweepstakes, payments, following consumer social networking service accounts, including collecting customer information, or other inviting activities).
You are not permitted to reap any financial benefits from using the game (including selling your custom design or receiving any advertising revenue with game content).
