New Delhi, October 7: The Health Bridge app, which warns people if anyone in their neighborhood has tested positive for COVID-19, has recently crossed 16 million downloads. The app accesses data on infected people from the Ministry of Health and warns the public if they come in contact with a coronavirus positive person.
The Government of India has launched the Health Setu app to track the growing number of coronavirus cases in the country.

The Health Bridge app is available on both the Google Play Store and the App Store.
- Visit the Google Play Store or App Store from your mobile phone
- Search for the health bridge in the search bar (Android) and in the dedicated search section (iOS)
- Once the app is displayed, tap the Install option to download it on your smartphone.
Users can also download the app from the official website-mygov.in. Downloading the Health Bridge app is a must during air travel, train and other public transportation. The government has made it mandatory for offices to instruct their employees to download the Health Bridge app.
