A new library section has been launched on the PlayStation site, allowing you to manage PS4 & PS5 game downloads and filter subscriptions

Sony has launched a new section on their PlayStation site‌, which gives users access to their entire game library for the PS4 and PS5.

Users can now access the download list from the PS Store via a web browser, which New library site In addition to sorting between PS + and PS Now titles, it allows users to see all their purchases. Users can force download games from the download option under each heading, which brings a supported device. An interesting new thing about this library is the “play” filter, which sets the titles through their recent use.

It also looks like the library could tell you part of any other service outside of the PlayStation, as shown in the image above. Star Wars JD: Fallen Order has a small “EA” logo by it, as opposed to the EA Access service, which subscribes to the account. The recently played section tracks titles that the user does not own (from another account) and also displays a locked icon, which prevents the user from downloading. This also applies to disk based games, which we tested with Order: 1886.

Pre-orders are also displayed and have a small clock icon on them. Unfortunately the PS4 does not have a real time counter, however clicking on the title will link you to the PS Store for more details.

There doesn’t seem to be much here, though it is still working and will have more functionality later. From my test, it’s definitely easier to use than the current game on the PS Store, but the best way to download the game you want if it’s available directly from the PS4 is to have more available filters and search functionality.
