Why it takes so long
Regarding the reasons for the postponement, Nintendo says: “The game needs a little more time. You can fight with Andy and his friends soon! Thanks for your patience.”
Nintendo announced the re-boot camp this summer during the Nintendo Direct Edition for Advanced Wars 1 + 2: E3 2021.
Advance Wars 1 + 2: Re-Boot Camp includes two newer versions of Advance Wars and Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising, which, as I said, oversees the development of Way Forward (Santa, River City Girls, Ductales Remaster).
“Bringing this popular series to Switch is exciting!” The studio announced at the time.
