On Monday, the VaxiCode application appeared on Google Play, although it is not yet coded by its search engine. A search using quotes “VaxiCode” downloaded the app, which has already been available for iPhones for several days.
From next Wednesday, customers aged 13 and over will need a passport to travel to restaurants, gyms, bars and other non-essential places.
People who have not downloaded the application can provide a digital or printed photo of the existing QR code on the vaccine certificate. In addition, fines for traders do not apply until September 15.
Recent tests
The Ministry of Health and Social Services on Monday conducted its final tests during the Quebec Municipality Council administration, after testing the mechanism for using the vaccine passport at the training center, restaurant, outdoor event and arena.
