In the post-war winter of 1946, the first edition of Padise Jeetung appeared on 1 February. Readers received eight pages of news on Friday about the Iran-Russia crisis and the reopening of the Lahr tobacco factory to 20 Fifenics. Survivors of several concentration camps have stated in an article about the Nuremberg trials. SC Freiberg in 1946 was an issue in a few lines. The first BZ was printed in the Herter building in Freiburg.
