Leaked screen shots indicate that Microsoft is integrating design elements of its crushed Windows 10X into Windows 11. The start menu of Windows 11 is similar to 10X. It comes without animated tiles (live tiles), so it is much lower than the solution in Windows 10. Also, applications can be matched explicitly and the last files will be displayed. Additionally, there is the option to quickly close or restart Windows 11 devices by changing the corresponding buttons.
