Google’s Pixel Stand is a small, wireless charger designed specifically for pixel phones that complements the interactive interface with Google Assistant. Support holders will be delighted to learn that the charger will learn some new tricks to the latest update, and in addition to all the assistant stuff, the stand now also gives access to smart home controls when your pixel is docked. .

Android 11 has adjusted its power menu to provide multiple functions, including quick access to your saved cards and controls for all your connected devices. The second one now comes to the interface that appears when you throw your phone at the pixel stand. The latest companion app for add-ons offers those capabilities (shown below) along with the option to select personal smart devices (such as the ones you use the most) to display on that screen.

To get started with the feature, find the pixel stand setting inside your phone’s main Settings Application. At the bottom of the list, you will see a new option called Home control, As shown in the screenshot above. Click on it and follow the steps to reach the section showing the classified list of connected devices in your smart home setup to choose from.

Upon completion, you can always see the quick controls on-display for your smart devices while charging at your pixel stand. You need a compatible pixel phone running Android 11 to get new features. You can download Pixel Stand v1.4.0 APK Mirror.
