The Aegis rim comes with the Nintendo Switch

13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim, a visual novel that has sold half a million worldwide since the release of the PS4 version in 2019. During a stream, Vanillaware Studios and Altas revealed the game’s upcoming release on the Nintendo Switch.

13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim 13 takes place over several seasons following the protagonists. Each character will defend their home from the monsters that invade the giant robot called “Sentinel”. The story uses Vanilla’s 2D graphics style, with 3D strategy combat mode.

The switch version is the same as the original version with two additional contents.
– ‘Digital Secret Files’ and ‘Digital Art Book’ DLC are now included (for PS4 original premium versions only).
– Each character that can be played will have two new makeup costumes to use in the game’s “Destruction” combat mode. It features 13 protagonists, making a total of 26 new costumes.
The Japanese version will also have an English voice track option. Since the game was introduced outside of Japan in September 2020, Japanese players could not access it at the time.
