Sony PS5 Opens Registration for Direct Purchase Option (USA)

Sony has begun a registration process in the United States, through which the direct purchase option for the PlayStation 5 and accessories can be “raffled”. One of the last chances to get a PS5 this Christmas?

Sony Interactive Entertainment has implemented a “sign-in-buy” option for its users on the US website playstation.com. This means that anyone who has not yet secured the PlayStation 5 will have a chance to get one of the PS5 consoles offered before Christmas. Sony writes on playstation.com that the company now wants to sell a limited number of PS5 consoles directly on the company’s website. However, this process is reserved for BSN-ID (PlayStation Network ID) owners to prevent scalpels and bots.
