Porsche Cayman GT4 RS: 500 ch!

This model takes the natural six-cylinder flat of the 911 GT3, which holds only 10 hp ahead! This unit delivers a torque of 450 Nm (20 Nm higher than the GT4) at a hub and a maximum speed of 9,000 rpm. It is equipped with a standard PDK 7-speed dual clutch gearbox. Performance gain is significant: GT4 PDK takes 3.4 seconds to go from 0 to 100 km / h, as opposed to 3.9 seconds. The maximum speed is 302 to 315 km / h.

The increase in power goes with the decrease in weight. Full tank and driverless weight, 35 kg less compared to GT4 PDK, 1,415 kg. Porsche used carbon fiber reinforced polymer for many parts, including the hood and front fenders. The bezel is made of lightweight glass. The brand has reduced comfort elements, simple nets for low backup lining and storage boxes. Shock absorbers in the chassis are built specifically for RS models. Engineers have adjusted the stability of the springs and the stiffness of the stabilizing wires.

In terms of looks, we can not miss the new standard rear spoiler, with Gooseneck attachments. It was taken from the model 911 RSR for GT racing. The Aero is particularly elegant, with a multi-level adjustable front diffuser, modified air intakes in front of the front wheels, a streamlined underbody and of course a fantastic rear diffuser, dual exhaust outlet.

The brand also offers Weizack bags. By the way, we also have visible carbon components (hood, air intake, mirrors, spoiler …), titanium exhausts or even roll bar.

The Cayman GT4 RS is priced at € 144,485. Delivery will begin in the second quarter of 2022.
