BSN Wallet Funds will be in your BSN account, however you can only use the PS4 and PS5 products to purchase from the Internet, PlayStation App or PS4 and PS5 consoles on the PlayStation Store.
How do I access my games?
You can download your copyrighted content on PS3, PS Vita or BSP by accessing the download list from the respective device.
I’m only active on PS3, PS Vita or BSP, and currently do not have PS4 or PS5. What will happen to the money left in my BSN wallet after the PlayStation Store for these devices closes?
BSN Wallet Funds will be in your BSN account, however you can only use the PS4 and PS5 products to purchase from the Internet, PlayStation App or PS4 and PS5 consoles on the PlayStation Store.
If you are only active on PS3, PS Vita or BSP, do not use the PS4 or PS5 console and if you do not want to use one, you can request a refund of the remaining funds in your wallet.
If you want to top up your wallet before the store closes, we recommend that you top up only the minimum amount needed to purchase the desired content.

Can I still buy cross-legged content after purchasing the PlayStation Store and PS3, PS Vita and BSP closed functionality?
Yes, you can still buy Cross-By content from the Internet, the PlayStation App or the PS4 and PS5 consoles via the PlayStation Store, and access the PS4 and PS3 / PS Vita / BSP versions.
Will closing the PlayStation Store and purchasing functionality on PS3, PS Vita and BSP affect my PlayStation Plus or PlayStation Now subscription?
No, it does not affect users’ active PlayStation Plus or PlayStation Now subscriptions.
Will the closing of the PlayStation Store and the purchasing process on PS3, PS Vita and BSP affect the titles I retrieved through my PlayStation Plus member?
No, for the duration of your service subscription, you can re-download and play the restored games via PlayStation Plus.
Can codes be retrieved on PS3, PS Vita and BSP after the PlayStation Store and purchase feature is completed?
- You can still retrieve PlayStation Plus games and codes on PS3, PS Vita and BSP when the Purchase function for the PlayStation Store and those devices closes.
- You will no longer be able to retrieve BSN Wallet Fund codes (e.g. gift cards) on PS3, PS Vita and BSP when the PlayStation Store and the purchasing process for those devices are closed.
- BSN Wallet Funds will be in your BSN account, however you can only use them to purchase PS4 and PS5 products from the web, PlayStation App or PS4 and PS5 consoles in the PlayStation Store.
