The YouTube channel The Retro Future reveals that the Nintendo DS is a variant of the Nintendo-produced single screen only.
Nintendo may have created a screen variant of the Nintendo DS, if any indication of a new video retro future for the YouTube channel. Although it was never intended to be played, it provided an important role behind the scenes, which many may not be aware of.
The Nintendo DS is one of Nintendo’s most preferred consoles, largely due to its dual-screen layout. Both of its screens run some awesome exclusive software that does not run on one screen. Additionally, the console enables multiplayer for games such as WiFi capabilities Mario Kart D.S.. DS also used its online connection with its Nintendo Zonal Advertising System. This allows DS owners to download demos, messages and other content while the DS is nearby with a special promo box.
The new YouTube video shows a Nintendo-branded device with only one screen. This engine appears to be exclusively for Nintendo Regional Advertising. It comes with a Nintendo Zonal cartridge, which can be updated remotely from time to time, and allows stores to add new Nintendo Zonal ads as time goes on. In video demonstration, machine-like DS games can be played Animal trafficking: The Wild World, Although it can only display the screen below. By comparing the machine to the Nintendo DSI, it is clear that this is actually the bottom half of a DSI, which is housed in the new plucked body for retailers.
This machine was developed as a cost saving measure. The Nintendo Zone once required a regular DS and an updated Nintendo Zone cartridge, which would often deliver new cartridges to Nintendo. The single-screen system uses an renewable cartridge and removes all unnecessary functions from the hardware, making it very inexpensive to manufacture and purchase. That means it has no practical value today. As expected it is not really possible to play most DS games on a single screen. Most DS games that go to single-screen consoles The World Ends With You: The Final Remix, Must be completely rebuilt to be operational.
As long as this is the real Nintendo hardware, it represents the latest in a series of behind-the-scenes leaks throughout Nintendo’s history. The so-called “Zigaleek”, never-before-seen games, beta versions of popular titles and tech demos were never available to the public. Leak had a completely complete game that was never released, Pokemon Picros As for the Game Boy color, it is debatable if the newly revealed machine is a “leak” because it was commercially distributed to retailers.
Technically, there is another handheld port with a screen that can play DS games. The original non-hinged Nintendo 2DS actually uses a larger screen, split into two sections and acts like two separate screens. Of course, both screens of the 2DS Nintendo DS games may display correctly, so there is a newly revealed mechanical pulse in this regard. Although it is not possible for anyone to try to play DS games on a single screen computer at any time, this machine is an interesting one, which shows that there are some innovations that consumers do not usually see.
