There are moments in history when someone has to have the courage to say enough. If opposition policy does not do that or at least does it in a frightening and ineffective way, civil society will take over the sector. These days, the inability of the management of the epidemic crisis on Fvg is even clearer, while we see another gossip and outcry. The FVG region floats between the federal government, the health minister and even worse, regional health workers or those who manage nursing homes and retirement homes amid barrel evictions among its top officials. All of this is happening despite public complaints and scary stories. But ambulance queues in front of emergency rooms, intensive care on the brink of collapse are plastic charges that only those with bad faith can ignore. In fact, a strangely cruel dance takes place in an attempt to remedy the shortcomings with delays and propaganda measures that face the blatant violation of the rules of the Italian Constitution. 32 states, “The Republic protects the health of the individual as a fundamental right and for the good of society, and guarantees free medical care for injustice.” Any reason to justify an inability to predict someone is better than unpredictable, and program disability is the guide of those in the control room.
