Back up Mac content before upgrading

To install the public beta of Magos Montreux, you must first register Apple beta software program.
On the website, click “Sign In” and enter your Apple ID (or create one if needed). You must agree to Apple’s Terms and Conditions (by clicking “Accept”) to complete your registration.
After registering in Apple’s software beta program, you should receive a notification that a new public beta is available on your Mac / MacBook.
Open System Options and select “Software Update”. Magos 12 is the general beta of Montreal.
Click “Update”. If the update is not yet available, restart your Mac / MacBook, open the Mac App Store and click “Updates”.
Click General Beta, then follow the instructions to download and install the latest known version.
