He took screenshots of Twitter using the beta version of the upcoming Edit Button on the web app. And contrary to what he put forward a few weeks ago, messages can be replaced with completely new content and not just marginalized with a simple addition or correction.

The pressure on this edit button is high. Not only has it been requested by users for a long time, but its future owner Elon Musk has turned it into his hobby. Although the site was launched long before he announced his intention to purchase the site, he would certainly be interested in making his mark on this feature.
