Over the years, Sound-Nazaire magazine has been made available free of charge to all ages (visually impaired, visually impaired, motor or intellectually impaired) by the Sound Libraries Association of France. .
Each month, the municipal newspaper is registered on digital media (CD, MP3, USB key, SD card) and sent home or downloaded directly through their website. The association makes it possible to isolate people with disabilities by re-establishing access to reading, information and culture.
The national download site – lesbibliothequessonores.org – offers registered readers the opportunity to download directly and for free (subject to membership conditions), as well as books and magazine titles recorded by more than 1,000 volunteer voice donors in France.
As of January 1, 2022, the site has 15,000 books and thirty-one magazine titles.
