Since then, Quantum Dream has not released any new titles and has only announced Star Wars Eclipse, which is said not to be released for many more years. Recently, Detroit Studio: Bigam Human (sold 6.5 million copies) confirmed the existence of three projects in development, but noted that these did not emerge from the prototype and pre-production stages. He says he has increased his staff by more than 50% by 2021, the studio is facing difficulties in recruiting and is currently trying to strengthen its two production bases in Paris and Montreal.

Today, according to Tom Henderson, Netizen Games has agreed to buy a 100% stake in Quantic Dream, so it will go under the protection of one of the most robust companies in video games. In 2021, driven by strong new releases such as Naraka: Bladepoint and Harry Potter: Magic Emerges, NetEase Games grossed 8. 8.8 billion, more than any other Western third-party publisher.

If 70% of this number comes from mobile, NetEase Games is working hard to make a name for itself on consoles and make it known to the international community, as evidenced by the acquisition of Locust Production, Nakoshi Studio, and the creation of NetEase Games. The new Japanese studio from Montreal and Sakura Studios works on three games.
