    For WhatsApp use on mobile

    1. Check the internet connection

    First check: the quality of your internet connection. If that fails, don’t be surprised if you have trouble uploading media to WhatsApp. To make sure your connection is trustworthy, you can try using another application that uses the Internet or search your browser.

    If there is a problem with the WiFi connection, you can turn off the WiFi option and turn it on again. If there is a problem, turn off the WiFi option and use the 4G / 5G connection.

    2. Check in the settings that the date and time are correct

    Another point to keep in mind: the exact synchronization of date and time on your smartphone. In fact, if the time displayed in the messages you receive is incorrect, it is not possible to connect WhatsApp servers to download your media files. To check your time zone configuration, here’s how to do it:

    • On Android : Go Settings> System> Date & Time.
    • On iPhone: Go inside Settings> General> Date & Time.

    If your storage is not enough, it is recommended to clean your smartphone. So, you can disable the automatic storage of shared footage on WhatsApp and avoid ending up with unnecessarily overstretched components of your mobile in favor of manually downloading your favorite pictures or videos.     4. Download the latest app update

    6. Uninstall and reinstall the app

    7. Restart your smartphone

    1. Manually upload photos and videos

    2. Clear browser data

    If you have trouble downloading media in the web version of WhatsApp, you may choose to clear your browser data. To do this, here are the different steps to follow depending on the browser:

    3. Disconnect and reconnect
