Paint.NET gets update to version 4.3.3 with new features ›This version has been changed from .NET 5 to .NET 6

Another update with version number 4.3.3 is available for download to Paint.NET, the image processing software. With this update, Paint.NET has been replaced by the now-released .NET 6. This brings additional improvements to rendering and startup performance, and ensures that the developer and plug-in writer can build on the latest version of the site, including C # 10.
