The non-security update for Windows 10 version 1909 and Windows Server version 1909 KB4601380 includes only bug fixes and improvements that can be seen in Microsoft. However, support for Windows 10 Home, Pro, Pro Education, Pro Workstations and IoT Core will be discontinued on May 11, 2021, so this update will only be available for Windows 10 for Enterprise, Education and IoT Enterprise. This security non-upgrade includes quality improvements. Major changes include:
- Updates issue that prevents gaming services from opening certain games to desktop users.
- Updates an issue that prevents power programs and game mode from working as expected. This results in lower frame rates and reduced gaming performance.
- Updates an issue where File Explorer stops working after 99% completion when you delete multiple files on a graphical network drive.
- After you connect to a virtual private network (VPN) it updates an issue where you can no longer detect if you are connected to the Internet.
