Volume Primary
By default, the smartphone shoots pictures at 12 megapixels Pixel Finishing. However, images can be captured at full resolution (48 megapixels). While the difference between 12 and 48 megapixels is often absent, this is not the case with the Oppo A54.
Day by day, switching to 48 megapixels helps to slightly adjust the software’s smoothness, as well as the visible color loss on the face in the upper left corner. By full definition, the shot offers a little more sharpness and contrast.
Night photography only casually enhances contrast and sharpness. The increase in sensitivity is minimal.
Compared to the Redmi Note 10 5G, Oppo’s flagship module delivers a slightly better resolution and appearance than the red that we often see on Xiaomi smartphones. However, the Redmi Note 10 offers a more detailed and different image than Oppo’s A54 5G.
In low light, the Xiaomi smartphone again offers more variation than the Oppo. But the A54 offers much less smooth and better exposure shot.
Ultra wide-angle module
The Oppo A54 has an ultra wide-angle module that is not found on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G.
Day or night, the Oppo A54 delivers digital noise-covered results. We notice that the colors are dull and there are discolorations in some places.
Front module, portrait and video mode
Unlike the Oppo A74, the 16-megapixel front-facing volume doesn’t offer a great result. The use of unique beauty devices for Chinese smartphones reinforces the unnatural look of photos.
In the video, the program does not have 4K, but the full HD 30 FPS. Electronic stabilization allows videographers to capture footage without being overly visible.
