On May 20, 2021, Snapshot maker Snap introduced new special glasses. Glasses are called “Spectacles 4” and can propose digital content within a limited area of the field of view. With Spectacles 4, Snapshot users can create videos with special effects. According to Snap, the new glasses are fourth-generation AR glasses. Unfortunately, there is also bad news: glasses are not yet available for purchase, and are currently only available to select Snapshot users. Awful!
