The new certificates for imprisonment during the curfew order (for the entire area) and affecting 16 departments were renewed this Saturday evening.
The Ministry of Home Affairs states that exceptional travel certificates are mandatory to travel across the country from 7 pm to 6 am during the curfew order. They are forced to travel from 6am to 7pm in 16 sectors involved in reinforced operations: Eisenhower, Alps-Maritimes, Ezone, Eureka, Hots-de-Seine, Nord, Oise, Paris, Pass-de-Calais, Sean-et- Marne, Sean-Saint-Denis, Sean-Maritime, Som, Wall-de-Marne, Wall-d’Ois and Yelines.
Failure to follow all of these steps may result in:
First Admission: 135 euros fine, increased to 375 euros (if not paid or disputed within the time limit indicated in the infringement notice)
Repeat offense within 15 days: 200 euro fine, increased to 450 euros (for non-payment or non-payment within the time limit indicated in the infringement notice)
After 3 offenses in 30 days: a fine of 3,750 euros 6 months imprisonment.
