In October last year, we announced that Microsoft was discontinuing the UWP version of the Office Lens app for Windows 10 and would no longer be building it. Microsoft has now removed the app from the Microsoft Store on January 1st. The application continues to run, but images can no longer be saved as OneDrive, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint or PDF. This basically makes the app very useless.

Office lens for Windows 10 removed from store
Microsoft writes the following on its support page:
Important: Some cloud-based services in Office Lens for Windows, such as saving your images to OneDrive, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint or PDF, will no longer be available after December 31, 2020. You can continue to use other features of the application installed on your device. Additionally, Office Lens for Windows 10 will not be available for download from the Microsoft Store until January 1, 2021. To continue to enjoy all the office lens features, we recommend downloading and using the latest version Office Lens for iOS Or Office Lens for Android On your mobile device.
