Here’s when you download iOS 14.3 and start using Apple Fitness +

All related software updates for iOS 14.3 and for iPados, MacOS, WatchOS and TVOS are being introduced today, bringing Apple’s Fitness + service and many updates to users.

Apple’s Fitness + service is only available in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the UK and the US, but also a wide range of support for the Airboat Mac, the new Prora camera support for the iPhone 12 Pro models and many more iOS features.

Apple has not announced when iOS 14.3 and Fitness + will launch today, but Apple’s iOS updates will be released at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time. While there is no guarantee that Apple will stick with its regular release time, this seems like a very reasonable guess, so we have put together a list of relevant times around the world:
