The In the Stardew Valley The 1.5 update is now in development year-round, so when will it be ready for release?
In a recent update on Twitter, game creator Eric ‘Concerned Up’ Baron said it was now a “home extension”. You may have already worked on it, which is a “huge update” so it requires a lot of polishing and troubleshooting, but there will be plenty of surprises when it comes.
Earlier some tweets revealed that the long-requested split-screen co-op feature will finally be added to the game in this next update. It supports four players on some platforms and two players on other systems.
Throughout the year, other information about version 1.5 has also been revealed. For example, there will be new final game content, new areas to view and even banana trees. You can read all previous updates on our Startup Fence game page.
